What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?
Check-In
Hotel Check-in is at 4:00 PM.

Hotel Check-Out is at 11:00 AM.
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
| For standard reservations, we offer a full refund for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, the reservation is non-refundable. For group buyouts, the cancellation policy is 30 days. |
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property for all our guests.
Is smoking allowed?
| No, Casa Secoya is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms or common areas. |
Is the front desk staffed 24 hours?
The reception is open from 9 AM until 7 PM, 7 days a week.

All our rooms include a mini-fridge.

Cribs available upon request. No extra beds available.

We feature one semi-accessible room.
Can I request a specific room or view?
Yes, just call us directly to coordinate. Subject to availability.
Does the hotel offer room service?
No, we do not offer F&B facilities.
Is housekeeping available during our stay?
No. Reservations for longer than 3 nights may have refresher service upon request.

Is there a swimming pool/spa?
Yes, we have a beautiful seasonal pool for our guests. From 9am to 7pm, between May and September.
Is there on-site parking? Is it free or paid?
Yes, we offer complimentary on-site parking for our guests.
Is there an on-site restaurant or bar?
No, we do not have a full-service restaurant, but there are excellent dining options nearby in Monte Rio and the surrounding towns.
Does the hotel allow pets?
Yes, Casa Secoya is a pet-friendly hotel for well-behaved dogs for a non-refundable fee of $50 per pet, per stay.
Location & Transportation
Does the hotel offer a shuttle service or airport transfers?
We do not currently offer airport transportation.
What are the nearest transport options?
Public bus service or taxi.
What are popular attractions nearby?
The area offers a wide range of activities. You can enjoy swimming, kayaking, or canoeing on the river. You are also just a short drive from world-class Sonoma wineries, hiking at Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve, and the beautiful Sonoma Coast.
Policies and Services
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
We do not have dedicated areas for luggage storage. Early check in or late check out is subject to availability.
Are group bookings or special event services available?
Yes, we can do full property buyouts, which gives you exclusive access to all 26 rooms, the pool, and the grounds. It’s perfect for weddings, corporate retreats, and other private gatherings.
What should I do if I forget something in my room?
Call us back, and if the item has been found, we can coordinate delivery through USPS.
